I am Julie, a Washington, DC native, who prides herself in knowledge of the area, local markets and neighborhoods. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent 15 years in the interior design industry. I am also a buy and hold investor.

Julie was born in DC, grew up in Arlington, and has lived in DC and Alexandria since then. She has two amazing daughters, Joanie and Mila. They have a huge, fluffy Aussiedoodle named Louie and a cat named Matcha. They all enjoy spending time outdoors together (except Matcha, that is). Julie enjoys traveling, International food, and reading geeky non-fiction books in her down time.

Julie recently served a two year term as President of the PTA at her daughter's elementary school. While running the program her goals were to increase communication between the school and parents and add new clubs and other activities through partnerships with Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.

Her key to success in both design and real estate has always been to listen and understand each client's unique needs and find the single best solution. Julie loves problem solving and negotiating!

As a buy and hold investor, she has plenty of first hand experience with each step of real property transactions and uses that knowledge to benefit all of her clients. Happy to represent anyone, from first time buyers to experienced homeowners.
