These eco-friendly and 100% electric vehicles cruise on the waters at a very safe top speed of 5mph. But the neatest thing about it is the fact that Float DC allows you to be the captain of the 8-man ship, as long as you’re 21 years old and above and that you have a proper valid driver’s license.

Fret not! If you still want to cruise along the waters but you don’t have the appropriate license, Float DC also offers a 1-day license option for you to be able to drive the boat safely with proper knowledge and confidence!

Upon checking reviews on the internet, the company comes across as quite mixed. Most people seem to have found themselves quite a splendid time while others may have been stuck in the more confusing end of things. With most reviews praising excellent service and an overall positive experience, some people seem to have a hard time getting a hold of riding a boat and figuring out the limitations of the ride – overall leading to disappointment and some upset patrons. Nonetheless, the issue seems to stem from communication errors – something that can easily be improved upon moving forward.
